Jersey Office

Order Processing Clerk

  • Must be Jersey Employment Law Qualifed - 5 years residency required.
  • Duties include email, telephone answering, dealing with customer queries, processing orders from customers and to suppliers.
  • Requirements: Must be computer literate, have an excellent telephone manner, amd ideally have basic accounts and back office experience.
  • Part Time - max 25 hours per week

Trainee Sales / Relationship Manager POSITION FILLED

  • Must be Jersey Employment Law Qualifed - 5 years residency required.
  • Description: This is a junior / trainee role ideal for a school leaver or similar.  You will be responsible for providing pre and post sales advice to our customers via phone and email. This will include providing licencing information, pricing, product information and other sales related materials.
  • Duties include: Answering phone calls, emails, managing customer enquiries and issues, general office administration, data entry.
  • Requirements: As you will be "customer facing" you must have excellent written and oral communication skills in English, be presentable, self motivated, and be computer literate with a strong interest in IT.
  • Package: Salary & benefits dependant on age and experience. Full training will be given.
