Cloud-based Email and Web Protection Services Provide Customers with First Line of Defence to Prevent Threats from Entering Managed Networks
London, England — December 6th, 2011 — Softek, a UK based Value Added Distributor of IT Security solutions and cloud services, today announced that it has finalised a partnership with McAfee, Inc. the world's largest dedicated security technology company. This partnership will allow Softek to provide cloud-based email, web security and email archiving services to customers via its network of Channel Reseller Partners.
Softek is adding the McAfee® Email Protection Service and McAfee® Web Protection Service. These new cloud-based offerings provide customers with an effective first line of defence at the network perimeter to prevent vulnerabilities and threats such as spam, worms, malware and spyware from entering a managed network. In addition, Softek will be offering:

- McAfee® SaaS Web Protection which is a convenient service that protects against malware, malicious web infiltration, lost productivity, and corporate risk while enabling effective and economical control over threats, and freeing your business to take maximum advantage of Web 2.0.
